Is there a charge for Android phone updates? I know you have to pay for iPhone and iPod touch updates, like if you have update 2.3, then to get it to 2.4 you don't pay, but when 3.0 comes, you have to pay, when 3.1 comes and you have 3.0, you don't pay.
